ALMA
Awards 2008
Eva's head turning performance

Presenting
the ALMA Awards 2008 – Eva Longoria Parker deserved an award
herself, for the most hair style and dress changes in an evening
– an amazing 10 different looks.
She arrived in a teal shift dress with her husband Tony Parker.
The couple, who have been married just over a year, looked
relaxed and happy as they paused on the red carpet for photographers
and to wave at the gathering crowd.
The Desperate Housewives actress then appeared in an array
of jewel bright, floor-skimming gowns as she hosted the annual
Latino awards in Pasadena. The event celebrates artistic achievements
by Latinos in the entertainment business. ALMA stands for
the American Latino Media Arts award.
Apart from striking a pose in her fabulous couture, the hostess
also showed just how versatile a well-cut glossy ‘bob’ can
be. During the evening, her hair stylist swung the changes
from sleek, to curly, to smooth flick, to frothy updo, a few
extension here.... a little backcombing there... An amazing,
performance from Eva and her team.... and here are the award
results ...
